I just want to let everyone out there know how much everyone loved my daughter Colleen's birthday cake. My daughter has food allergies and it was always difficult for me to get cakes she can eat from a bakery. Colleen wanted to have a princess party for her 4th birthday. Pam made me a outstanding castle cake! All the kids were amazed when I brought the cake to the table. The bottom was chocolate and my guests could not stop raving about how good it tasted! The top was vanilla egg free with strawberry filling it was very moist & yummy! I was so happy to see her face and have her be able to enjoy a cake she could eat. It was priceless.

We heard about Pam's cakes from a friend. My daughter has several food allergies, so we ordered the allergy free cake in the shape of a castle. We were amazed at the detail and beauty of the cake! To top it all off, both the chocolate and vanilla cake were absolutely delicious! My daughter LOVED it!

I have sampled several different flavors of cakes and cupcakes all of which have been fantastic, everything from basic to fruity to unique flavors. I also have a son with a nut allergy and Pam has made all of his cakes nut free. I am so happy to have someone that will make a personalized cake that my son can actually eat. Pam is very artistic and very accomodating she is willing to put in the time to research different designs as necessary.
